In the competitive STEM job field, it can be tough for some corporations to stand out from the crowd of flashy tech start-ups and Fortune 500' s to recruit top talent.

Dow Chemical wanted to utilize Snapchat in order to raise brand awareness among millennials and to streamline the path to application by creating videos that drive directly to Dow's online application page.

Our original ask was to create two 10-second Snapchat videos and two Snapchat videos that would be geofenced to Dow's STEM career fairs. We went above and beyond by over delivering on their request and created interactive Snapchat stories that converted into 10- second videos. The result was an innovative and forward-thinking campaign that raised brand awareness, improved perception, drove applications and ultimately exceeded our client's expectations.

They even baked a cake in our honor!
